Great App - but lets say it, its not 20 min cooking for sure

Great app and executed just right. User since it was released. However since using iPhone 4 on iOS 4.1 videos crash app intermittently. Also it has been long time since new recipes where added. Hope new version will be out soon!

I bought this app. When it first came out and have had no updates no nothing. I would never have paid $7 for this app. Had I known that there would be no updates, new recipes nothing.

This is an overpriced disappointing app. I got it at a friends recommendation - she loved the prep support & explanations - I feel like I know how to cut onions, boil water, etc. There are many excellent free recipe apps. Too few recipes - not enough variety!

This app is full of good stuff! The only complaint I have is there arent many recipes and they dont get updated. It would be nice to see new recipes once in a while

Great app... Love the video content all very handy and leaves me wishing for an update or two for this price....

Jamie Oliver is a champ. This is totally worth the 7.99. Great buy. Highly Reccomended. Amazing, period.

Have had this now over a month yes a great app but really you need to update recipes etc free apps offer more in terms of updates come on Jamie git er done;)

Some of the recipes look great, however I wonder what the rest of the family will think. I wish I could have reviewed some of the recipes before purchasing this. I love JO have 4 cookbooks and have cooked many recipes. Im not sure if this particular collection is going to do the trick. I hope you will upgrade and add some new recipes for 2011, right now I feel like youre just grabbing my money. Sorry JO, I still love you but not this app.

Simply put--not enough recipes for the cost of the app. I feel a bit ripped off...

The recipes are amazing. We have tried almost all of them. A few issues I have with this app are: Why no iPad version? We use our iPad as a cookbook all the time. Upscaling the iPhone version on the iPad is not very appealing. Second why have no new recipes been added in almost a year?

Overpriced if updates do not exist...

Are there ever going to be any updates? For such an expensive app, there should be way more recipies. Feel like I wasted my money.

Ive had this app for a while now. Mind you there are some great recipes but for $8.00 you could offer us any kind of updates. Updates are why people pay for an app. Instead you decide to make a free app with something like 15 update packs for $2 a piece. Way to stab people in the back for being loyal. All you had to do was take your new app, make it an update as well and rename it recipes pro that includes the 20 min meals weve already bought and make any other 20 minute meals a free update and any other pack purchasable but instead, no updates just a new app which we have to spend ANOTHER $8 to get our 20 minute meals in the new app. Unless this is fixed youve lost me for buying anything in the the future with your name on it. As of right now Ill be marking this down as money wasted. Save your money.

This app looks good, I love the vids. But honestly disappointed: for the price I paid I expected there would be new recipes one day. I wouldnt recommend it for that price.

Dont buy this app. All the recipes are available in the new app so long as you purchase them in app. They also never updated this app after making it appear that they would. I dont really trust Jamie or the app developer anymore when it comes to apps (his food is still great!) so I would suggest that you dont either.

Great recipes and vids but just too few of them. Purchased over a year ago and for almost 8 bucks and expected ongoing updates with new recipes. Havent had a single update. Nice app but too few recipes for the price.

Dont bother with Jamie Oliver apps. The price is such a rip off considering what you get. For how much this app costs you would expect at least one new recipe since it was released but we still wait.

I will add that the pricing model is nonsense. I picked this app when it first came out, no real updates in over a year. Downloaded new iPad app that wants to charge me for the recipes I already have in this app. Im afraid to update for fear that "integration with iPad app" = loss of content that Ive already paid for. Please explain clearly what "integration" entails. The app itself is incredibly polished and works very well and the design leaves little to be desired. Well thought out from a UI standpoint. Just sort out pricing!

I have never cooked in my life and this app is great. Simple and easy to follow recipes that taste great. As for the people complaining there should be updates - come on. Theres 60 recipes in this app. When you buy a cookbook from a bookstore, do you expect free cookbooks from the store when youve gone through all the recipes in the one you bought?
