And for all those that want to keep the app in English here is the info from the developers Zolmo:
Q: Why is my app displaying in German when before updating the app it was in English?

A: The app uses your iPhone region and language settings to decide whether to display English or German but will default to German language for users set up for German. If you would prefer to see English language then you can change your region and language under Settings > General > Internationalisation

For best results youll need to set both the language to English and your region to UK or US.
